They are 3, 4, 5, 7 conductor configurations, with factory-mounted flat copper band and spring-operated plug connectors from 40 to 240 A. Compact arrangement, corrosion resistance and simple assembly are its essential features. The conductor systems are suitable for overhead and elongated tracks for cranes, monorails, electric hoists, electric tools, stacking systems, as well as many other applications for supplying power to moving power loads.

Conductor Rails:
The conductive strips made of copper are fastened in high-quality plastic insulating profiles and are available with 3, 4, 5 and 7 poles with a nominal current of 50 to 240 A. Standard profile lengths of 4000 mm, Custom length sections are available. The ground conductor is identified by a green/yellow stripe.

Hanger Clamp:

Joint

1. Angle clamping type is used for joint for small sections.
2. Bolt joint clamp type is used for large sections.

1. The roller-guide collector trolleys are available as 4, 5 and 7 pole types.
2. Copper graphite carbon shoes are used for energy and control voltages.
3. Double collectors are used to improve the quality of the contact and for transfers

Towing arm
Towing arms are designed as the attachment point between the moving machine and the collector. They are available in fork or chain versions, both of which are designed for straight, uninterrupted tracks or a special spring-loaded design is available for systems with pick-up guides/isolation sections.
